Fees for clinical assessment range depending on which assessment(s) are ordered, for what purpose, and on referral questions.
The assessment process can involve but is not limited to the following: administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, consultation, transmission of results, and feedback session.
Longer sessions are available for a prorated fee. All session fees are agreed upon for starting services. All fees are due at time of session. Please remember I have a 48 hr cancellation or no show policy. If you no show to an appointment or if you cancel in less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the entire session. A deposit is required prior to specialized assessment or court testimony.
